**OFFICIAL RULES**

**1. Eligibility**
This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Texas and Oklahoma who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, officers, and directors of Complete Auto Services, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible to enter. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

**2. How to Enter**
**Paid Entry Tiers:**
- Basic: $10 = 1 entry
- Mid: $25 = 3 entries
- Premium: $50 = 10 entries (eligible for Mystery Bonus Gift)

To enter via a paid tier, follow the instructions on the sweepstakes landing page to complete your purchase and entry.

**No Purchase Necessary :**
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your complete name, address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and phone number on a 3.5" x 5" postcard and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 15, 2026, and received by March 20, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per postcard. No mechanical reproductions are permitted. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

**3. Entry Period**
The sweepstakes begins on February 19, 2026 and ends on March 15, 2026. All online entries and mail-in entries must be received by the close of business on March 15, 2026. Entries received after the deadline will not be counted.

**4. Right to Cancel / Insufficient Entry Fees**
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this sweepstakes if, in its sole discretion, the total number of paid entries received is insufficient to cover the procurement cost of the prize (Approximate Retail Value: $1,800). In the event of cancellation for insufficient funds, **no drawing will be held**, and all paid entry fees will be refunded to the purchasers. **All no-purchase-necessary (mail-in) entries will be voided and will not be eligible for the prize in the event of such cancellation.**

**5. Prize Description**
One (1) winner will receive the Rolling Toolbox Bundle, including:

- Power Tools Combo Kit (tool models, brand, and configurations may vary based on availability)
- SAE & Metric Deep 6-Point Socket Set

**Additionally, if the winner entered via the Premium Tier, they will also receive a separate Mystery Bonus Gift.**

The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize package is $1,800. The Mystery Bonus Gift is not included in this ARV. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability.

**6. Winner Selection**
One (1) potential winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be held on or about March 17, 2026, by Complete Auto Services, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email within two (2) days of the drawing.

**7. Winner Requirements**
The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within seventy-two (72) hours of the date of issuance of notification. If the potential winner fails to respond within the 72-hour timeframe, if the prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

**The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with accepting the prize.** Complete Auto Services will report the prize value to the Internal Revenue Service as required by law and will issue a Form 1099 to the winner.

**8. Liability Release**
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Complete Auto Services, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes, or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. This release includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, or death.

**9. Publicity**
By entering, except where prohibited by law, participants grant Complete Auto Services permission to use their name, city of residence, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without additional compensation, including in winner announcements.

**10. Prize Delivery**
The prize may be picked up locally at [Your Business Address] or delivered within the DFW / Southern Oklahoma region at Complete Auto Services' discretion. The prize is subject to be shipped from a local home improvement store near the winner. **Once the prize has been picked up by the winner or has been shipped/tendered to a common carrier for delivery, all risk of loss, damage, or theft passes to the winner. Complete Auto Services is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping or after delivery.**

**11. Privacy & Data Collection**
By entering, you agree that Complete Auto Services may collect and use your personal information for the purpose of administering this sweepstakes, including contacting you regarding your entry status and the winner announcement. Information will not be sold to third parties. By providing your information, you are opting in to receive future promotional emails and communications from Complete Auto Services. You may opt out of receiving future marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those emails.

**12. General Conditions**
Complete Auto Services ("the Sponsor") reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, human error, or any other factor compromises the integrity of the promotion as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such an event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

**13. Affiliation Disclaimer**
This sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Milwaukee Tool, Home Depot, Lowe's, or any other brand whose products may be included in the prize. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the sweepstakes must be directed to Complete Auto Services, not to any third-party brand.
